Hello and Welcome!
My name is Nick Jackson and my wife Niki and I are the owners of Cabin Curators. We live in sunny Miami Florida with our 2 Golden retrievers, Ellie and Ruby. I am a Pharmacist by trade and my wife is a travel agent. I am extremely detailed oriented and handle all the behind the scenes work and my wife uses her expertise of the travel industry to target exactly what a guest is looking for in a vacation.
We fell in love with real estate after we purchased and flipped our first property in Miami, Florida. We then got our first short term rental in one of our favorite vacation destinations Ellijay, Georgia. I recruited a local team to be my "feet on the ground" while I handle all the behind the scenes activities. As things began to take off we were asked to help with other owners listings and eventually decided to make it official.
I love helping others realize the potential of their property and what exceptional hospitality and leveraged search algorithms can do to their potential profits.

We offer 3 different consultant plans to best suit your desire to be as involved with your property as you wish.
Co-host
This plan is a way to get professional management services at a fraction of the cost. We will manage the front end of the property. Listing optimization, dynamic pricing, guest support but the routine maintenance and cleanings can be completed by you or whomever you choose. This is an excellent route if you wanting to clean or maintain the property yourself or already have a team in place
Full Service
This plan includes everything we offer. Beginning to end service. We take care of all guest management, property care, listing optimization, routine up keep, full cleaning, advertising, and obtaining 5 star reviews. This is our most common plan
Coaching Program
This plan is perfect for anyone who is looking to get started with short term rentals and may not not know where to begin.

This program will provide 1 on 1 coaching and step by step instructions on how to create a listing, stage a property, what to include, how to analyze progress, adjust pricing, guest management and so much more! I will walk you through each step as it comes up. It also will include 1-3 months of full management so you can learn in real life situations until you are ready to take over for yourself!

We only make money when you do!
With $0 monthly fees we only take a small percentage of the income you get from the guest booking process, our success is tied to yours! With the 3 different plans available the management fee depends on the level of involvement you desire but can be an industry low of 10%.
